Villa con incantevole vista mare panoramica sul golfo di Cannigione. Si trova in Loc. La Conia,a pochi passi dal mare e vicino a tutti i servizi, in un'area verde estremamente riservata e tranquilla.
Gli spazi sono ampi e ben curati, con attenzione al dettaglio, sia all'interno che all'esterno. L'arredamento di pregio richiama l'antica tradizione gallurese degli stazzi.
Si compone di ampio soggiorno con cucina comunicante ma indipendente, quattro camere da letto (due matrimoniali, una doppia/matrimoniale e una singola), due bagni con doccia, Due camere da letto e il soggiorno hanno accesso alla veranda e godono di una meragliosa vista mare.
Nel retro si trova l'area barbecue e una comoda doccia esterna. Un'ampia veranda arredata circonda quasi tutto il perimetro della casa.
Il giardino ha ampi spazi verdi con prato, fiori colorati e alberi da frutto.
E' il luogo ideale per chi cerca un'oasi di pace senza rinunciare ai servizi e alle atrattive turistiche di Cannigione e della vicina Costa Smeralda.

Manuel 10 / 10 Luglio 2021: Fantastic location, very nice house and caring hosts! We had a very good time! The view is nicer than pictures can tell and the house was spotless & super clean. We especially enjoyed the view sitting outside on the beatiful terrace in the evening and also during the day where you can perfectly hide from the sun. Would always come back and its nearly impossible to not like something about this house. Location is 500m outside of Cannigione where you find everything you need! Walking distance to 2 beaches well suited for kids as well. |

Jan 10 / 10 MAGGIO 2018: Well, on arriving late in the evening and our expectations were exceeded! A fully equipped, blistering 'new' villa, with, indeed, a splendid view on Arzachena Bay. Comfortable and spacious.Tastefully furnitured. (to our taste at least ;) And, so reassuring, not especially luxurious or with breakable stuff, so perfectly suited for holiday stays (with little children i.e..) The things we were missing were minor, not worth mentioning here. This villa is so attractive that we often did not feel the need to go out and find our pleasure outdoors. We only went out twice for dinner i.e. because most of us preferred the ambience of this villa to that of a restaurant. And oh: although we are not especially BBQ-people, the new BBQ-device was so inviting and its outcomes so tasty that we used it more than once! :) Even though going to the village of Cannigione itself for your shoppings is only a 10-minutes walk, when spending your holidays in this villa it is best to have a car at your… |

Nous ne nous attendions pas à ce que la mer soit si proche. L'immense terrasse qui entoure la maison (avec 3 tables) a fait notre bonheur pour les petits-déjeuners et les diners. |

We were surprised how close we were to the sea, and I could easily get used to the view. Our host was welcoming and helped us out when we had some problems with our tickets. |

LISSETTE 9.6 / 10 AGOSTO 2016: A lovely, quiet home on the east coast of Sardinia. We were a group of four staying at the house and it was absolutely amazing. The views from the patio and rooms were beautiful - we were out there every morning and evening. It's also a quick walk into the town for dinner or markets, but we rented a car and explored the coast, which I'd recommend! The owner was one of the best hosts I've met. He helped us find local restaurants and sort out a parking ticket we got! |
