This nice two-rooms flat is located in the town of Cannigione, in a walking distance to the beach and the sea front.
A few km to touristic resorts of Baja Sardinia, Porto Cervo and the famous beaches of Costa Smeralda.
It consists of living room with kitchenette and sofabed, bedroom, bathroom with shower a nice veranda and garden.
Equipped with parking available in the street and washing machine.
It is an ideal location for visiting the north est coast of Sardinia, or enjoy a relaxing holiday just a few kilometers from Costa Smeralda nightlife and beaches.
The price varies depending of season and guests's number.

Payement: Payement: 30% at the booking, balance on arrival. Christoph 8.6 / 10 - Settembre 2017- The Appartment was exactly like decribed. For two persons we had plenty of space in a large bedroom, a living room with a coach (can be used as a bed for two more persons) and a nice bathroom. The Kitchen was equipped with all you need to cook for even more than two people. Giulia, the owner of the Appartment went through all the interior a showed us everything very detailed. There is also a small veranda where you can sit with up to ten people to enjoy the evenings. The next Beach is only 2 minutes away by foot. Laura was always easy to contact via phone and was very helpful the whole week. We can definately recommend the Appartment and Giulia and Laura as a host. Thank you both for a beautiful week in Cannigione! |

Luca 9 / 10 -Agosto 2016- Bilocale molto confortevole e pulito in zona tranquilla. A pochi minuti dal centro di Cannigione e a due passi dalle spiagge. Posizione comoda per potersi muovere lungo la costa smeralda. Baia sardinia e porto cervo distano una ventina di minuti di macchina. Laura e sua mamma sono state gentilissime e super disponibili!! Lo consiglio!! |

Laura 8.8 / 10 -Agosto 2016- Siamo stati accolti davvero molto bene dalla padrona di casa, Giulia. La casa è molto graziosa, un bilocale ad angolo con soggiorno con cucina a vista, camera ampia e bagno finestrato dotato di lavatrice. C'è anche un piccolo portico privato dove poter mangiare in totale intimità. comoda anche perché c'è la spiaggia a 100 metri. C'è una bella atmosfera e abbiamo passato gli ultimi giorni di vacanza in totale relax! |
