Comfortable detached villa located a few minutes by car from the Costa Smeralda beaches and from the tourist areas of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia, Cannigione and Arzachena.

It is sourrounded by a large fenced plot and it's an ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility not far from the sea.

It consists of a large loft living room that overlooks the living area with kitchenette and access to the veranda, furnished with outdoor table and chairs. Barbeque is available on the veranda. The villa has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with shower), another double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined if necessary. In the sleeping area there is a second bathroom with shower.

The large veranda offers an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and the granite hills of San Pantaleo.

It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Wi-Fi connection. The furniture recalls the ancient Gallura stazzi. which inspired the style of the Costa Smeralda. The spaces are large and well organized.
